He responded to our call right away, asked for pictures of our pump system, and gave us helpful advice. He explained possible repair costs upfront so we could decide if we wanted to move forward. Later that same day, even after his work hours, he called us back and spent almost an hour on Facetime walking us through a test and helping us get the pump working again. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His patience and willingness to guide us step-by-step, even without charging for his time, really impressed us. He made a stressful situation so much better and helped us feel confident as new pool owners. Daniel came in and gave us a clear explanation of what he would do to fix the issues.
