I can’t say enough great things about Comfort Control Specialists! I discovered leaking underneath my AC unit and called first thing in the morning, and Dawn—who answered the phone—provided absolutely amazing customer service. She was able to get a technician out to me within just a couple of hours, which was such a relief.

My fan quit working on my AC/heat unit. I had called Krueger because I had dealt with them for many years. They are now corporate owned. The repairman screwed up my breakers, said it might be the fan but most likely the breaker. I contacted a friend who highly recommended Comfort Control. I really owe her. Vincent from Comfort Control showed up today and found that one of the three wires that control the fan had become loose. He was very professional, very caring and I would give him an A++. Comfort Control is family owned. They surely have my business and I'll refer them to anyone who asks.
They came out quickly and helped us resolve and clean our unit for the office. The technician was results oriented, got it working, cleaned out the lines and provided some advice. Didn't try to sell us anything unnecessary! Great company, will for sure use again for regular maintenance.
