Resolved my water not working in my refrigerator.
The problem was determined and resolved.
I have called Combs many times they are professional and prompt.
I recently used Combs Service to repair both my dishwasher and washer, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They were extremely knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly, honest.
I had already purchased my own parts from Amazon, and unlike another company I called (who wanted to charge nearly 10x more for parts), Combs had no issue installing them. That alone spoke volumes about their integrity.
Their service was also incredibly fast. They had someone out the same day, which was a huge plus.
I worked with Bill, the owner’s son, and he was outstanding. Professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff.
