I don’t even know where to begin…I had the privilege of going to many yoga classes for last 2 months. I attended a variety of classes, hot, power, 26+2, flow, etc. This facility has so many instructors and not one was better than the other, they were all phenomenal in their own style. I LOVED each of them and their classes. I took classes with at least 10 different instructors with a variety of classes to choose from 7 days a week. Amazing! Thank you to the tribe at Brooksville Yoga. I’m sad to head north. mostly because of you….See you next winter. ❤️

With each practice I go to I feel balanced and refreshed when I leave. I get out of it what I put into it, it’s very relaxing yet challenging and accepting. The teachers are amazing and the space feels like I’m where I should be.
