We are customers of Air Source Cooling and Heating. They installed our system 2-3 years ago. Today our unit was failing to keep up. Called Air Source around 12:30. At 4:15 pm Jacob was at our house. 30 minutes later we were up and running. This was great service during this heat we are having. Thank you Air Source and Jacob.
Trec on time, knowlegable about his work. Great fast service, Jacob knew the problem right away and got the unit running fine. Also, he explained the issue to make the repair understandable for the customer. Will tell Richie next time I see him, you all did a great job.
We have a multi zone system with dampers (installed by another company)and from the beginning we've had issues cooling our bedroom at night in the summer months. We had a minimum of 4 others companies come out to try to diagnose the issue with no luck.
We called Air Source. The owner came out, since he heard we've had ongoing issues. He came back 2 days later with one of his technicians and the issue was fixed in 15 minutes. We were so happy they fixed it but so frustrated that multiple other companies couldn't figure it out. We are very happy with Air Source and have already referred them to others.
