We are customers of Air Source Cooling and Heating. They installed our system 2-3 years ago. Today our unit was failing to keep up. Called Air Source around 12:30. At 4:15 pm Jacob was at our house. 30 minutes later we were up and running. This was great service during this heat we are having. Thank you Air Source and Jacob.
We bought this house in 2021, Air Source had installed the system in 2020. When it quit, I got the info from the sticker on the unit, and called them, I think on a Friday. SATURDAY a tech was out here, found the failed capacitor, and replaced it. I was impressed! Needless to say I call Air Source for my annual maintenance, which has just finished. Joe did a great, thorough job. Highly recommended.
060426 Justin just finished the annual service. Pleasantly surprised that the price has not changed!
It was Saturday night around 6:30. We had just moved in to our new home & the AC wasn’t running correctly. Called, left message & Justin called back in a few minutes stating he would be right out. He figured out within a few minutes that we needed a new thermostat which he then installed.
We really appreciated his help over the weekend!
