Went to this facility to see if there might be improvement in care. Been fighting illness for 10 days. TGH states “Fastrac” (assume that is “quickly”). Not my primary reason but good to know. Needed diagnosis & help. Did not get but 2 minutes from PA. No real conversation, listened to breathing & gone. Like to have a conversation with medical person & not hear if not well, go to ER. This appears to be our new medical system. Would expect more from TGH.
Arlette Rodriguez, PA is very knowledgeable with patient-specific treatment approach to client’s medical problems/issues. She is pleasant & good listener to patient. The clinic’s staff are also friendly & helpful.
Excellent care- diagnosis and medication pending confirmation of diagnosis by x-ray referral to walking x-ray facility not ready until Tuesday. Long wait was worth it. Doctors took their time to thoroughly review my condition and fill prescription for medication. Highly recommend especially since they are now tied in to Mychart with Tampa General.
