This is my parents Primary Care Providers office. Great service, great doctors and medical personnel. They have out of hours service and emergency service. We love them. They treated my dad throughout his medical conditions all They way til his passing. They have cried with us and laughed with us.

My wife and i left another optum to come to Dr Nazario because of her reviews. We have been with optum for over 20 years since. I have had multipl surgeries there staff is very efficient and professional in preparation of my referrals they have general excellent staff; startingfrom the front desk Miriam to the awesome Dr Nazario. She is a Pearl from the ocean, God bless her where ever she goes. Im so sorry she is leaving your practice 😢

My better half and I have been going to Optum well before the variety of acquisitions and name changes. We have been patients for a long time and absolutely have grown to love the staff and the quality of service and attention that only an institution with care and concern for their patients would provide.
