I would 100% recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone with drainage issues. Tim was knowledgeable and super friendly, and he helped us come up with a plan to move forward. There was no pressure and he didn’t try to upcharge us. I know who I’m calling whenever I have plumbing issues and definitely requesting that they send Tim.
Alexis was super helpful. He was able to clear out the clogged sinks in our spare bathroom in about an hour and took the time to show me the access point he used so that I can do it myself next time. In addition he scheduled a follow-up appointment to have someone run a micro-camera through my drain pipes to look for any additional issues. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I'd use them again!
Plumbers Michael and Glen from Roto-Rooter are real pros! From the moment they got here, both were very helpful, explained what needed to be done, then set out to do it - and finished our work! Would recommend Roto-Rooter anytime!!
