Friendly staff, great selection. Ian was super helpful with any questions that I had and Alex did a stellar job on repairing my guitar. It’s difficult finding a good luthier around here, I highly recommend this place.
Alex, the luthier, did a phenomenal job changing out my strat pickups and doing a setup. He got it back to me in a couple of days, which is fantastic. Pricing was awesome and I’ll definitely bring my guitars back here for any work beyond my capability. The staff is really nice too. I met a couple of them when I dropped off and picked up the guitar. Very professional and polite. I highly recommend them!
I haven't picked up an instrument since playing in the high-school band far too many decades ago. Walked into Showcase Music for the first time as I had bought a used saxophone from Facebook marketplace and needed some accessories I was immediately greeted by Ian. After looking through the well stocked store I approached the counter with a few questions and Ian was great teaching me everything I had questions on. Will definitely be visiting the store again!
