10/10! I’ve been using Jamie’s for about 6 years and they’ve been fantastic. Their professionalism, and dedication to their work is unmatched. If you want reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable AC systems and service, this is who you want. Today they installed a brand new system for us and I’m very impressed overall!

Had a new quality Heil brand hvac system - A/handler + outside unit installed. The old system was very old and recently the refrigerant had been leaking - unknown to us until now. Symptoms were there: the system could not keep up with the rising ambient outdoor heat. Indoor temps had risen to 83 plus with the AC running and set at 77. Finally it failed (temps st 91 inside and unbearable) and obviously shouldve called sooner but your office man, Paris, was good enough to move mountains on your tight sched: got your serv tech bryan lopez to come out/diagnose. Jamie’s Air Conditioning always has reliable and trustworthy technicians. They explain and show what’s going on and are transparent with solutions and costs. They are my first call anytime I need my regular maintenance and servicing or have a specific problem going on. 5 stars!
