Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health - Allergy, Asthma & Immunology

I had been a patient at FMC for years; always had great professional care. Since being taken over by Orlando Health, the staff are horrendous, hold times are extreme and the lack of quality and professionalism is trash. 0/0 recommend.

before they became Orlando Health, they were a wonderful organization with lots of great doctors. Now I can't even get through to the office. I have been trying to get my annual appointment for a week. I can't use the patient portal because my login from last year doesn't work anymore and keeps telling me I'm not a patient. There's no way to call the actual office, you have to go through their central booking. I have twice gotten to the front of the queue on the phone only to get hung up on. Today I got all the way through to a human after more than 30 minutes on hold, only to get hung up on after giving my name. Forget it, obviously they don't need any more patients. After 10 years with them, I'm done.

Spouse had a colonoscopy. Left waiting for two hours without knowing how behind they were. Did not let family come back even after the procedure. She was coming out of anesthesia and could t even let me there to hear results. Disgusted with this facility.
