Austin was my inspector very easy to talk to on scene as well as his report was user friendly checked, took pictures and detail documentation. Would use recommend.

Jonathan Smith performed a thorough inspection of a home we hoped to purchase, but when his report included 4 “red flags” for which the seller refused to make correction or even provide a credit at closing, we decided to cancel that contract.
The next week we engaged FBI and Travis Manning performed a thorough inspection of the property that we are now purchasing.
While we don’t have much experience with needing home inspections, we would feel confident to use FBI again if the need arose.
