The owner Doug Drabina is an absolutely rare, compassionate wonderful, man with a huge heart for Heaven right through the end. He is always there for me communication wise as well as in other ways. Family First has made a meaningful difference for our family, and they are always responsive and willing to help. Additionally, our experience has been exponentially better thanks to one of the nurses. Heather, is exceptional in every way. She is highly professional, clinically knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable. She arrives prepared, pays close attention to every detail, and provides care with calm confidence and consistency.
