My mother has been with Biggers family for a long time, but Dr. Mohammad Awad was a disappointment. He didn’t even examine her nor did he discuss anything with her. He knew nothing about her history nor did he read her file. In the summary he wrote things that were not true about her condition. He did not conduct an annual checkup like he should have. In the summary he came up with things that she doesn’t even have nor is there proof of the crap he came up with. He does not know how to treat patients. My mother was very upset and disappointed with the way she was treated. Dr. Wilson and Dr. Elizabeth on the other hand are the best!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Biggers for years. It’s always been a great experience but lately I haven’t had a good experience. I can never get an appointment never seen there always booked. and I had an exam one time and the assistant was very unprofessional. Might have to consider switching doctors because I don’t like the fact that I can never get an appointment for basic needs

Good luck getting them to answer your calls to make an appointment or save you a trip to the ER. The staff is nice and all once you get there. But I spent over an hour calling them before pressing all the numbers trying to get anyone to answer just so I can see if the flabotamus was in to get blood work done. I ended up making the 30min drive down calling the whole time with no answer... luckily she was there!! When I told the staff I had been calling for over an hour at that point they kinda just looked at eachother and snickered.. as if it were an (oh that was her calling this whole time). Terrible.
