We’ve used Big Lou’s Bouncies on and off since 2017 for birthday parties at our house. Big Lou’s has always been consistent on drop off/ pick up, responding back to phone calls, fair prices and being on time. We have never had an issue with their water slides/ bounce houses and the kids always have a good time. We will continue to use them for future birthday parties.

Always such a great experience with Big Lou’s! We’ve rented bounce houses, water slides and combos twice a year for our grandkids birthdays for thr past few years and have never been disappointed. They’re great about calling a half hour or so before arriving, set up super quick and are great about picking it on time. I’d highly recommend them!

These people are amazing! When dropping off the bounce house they were quick with the set up and explained everything. And we're on time! At pick up they were also quick removing it and respectful! Also the price was great! Will definitely be using them again for my next party
