This is the 2nd year in a row we have trusted Big Lou's for our daughters birthday party, and they didn't disappoint. They were easy to communicate with and sent reminder messages prior to set up. They arrived for setup during the timeframe provided and did the same for taking it down. The first year we ordered a really long blowup slip and slide, and this year, we ordered a huge slide. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable, from the people over the phone, to the crew who provides setup and tear down. Prices were reasonable and a little cheaper than some of their competitors. We highly recommend this company.
