Outstanding! The Team of Ashley, Amy, Tiffany, Dana and Dr. Galindo, treated my boy Bear, with the upmost respect and courtesy yesterday. I have never had a problem visiting this location or this fine staff. I recommend these fine people for your fur babies.

My experience was amazing because of Iona and the Sunday afternoon staff. The person at the front was so playful with my pups as well as every patient that came through the door. Iona is a dream we love her. I have had bad experiences in the past with Banfield the workers were rude or dismissive and did not seem caring. I cannot say enough good things about Amber at Banfield! From the moment I first spoke with her on the phone, she was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to help me with my pups, making sure I understood everything clearly and felt supported every step of the way.
When I arrived in person, she greeted me right away with the same warmth and professionalism I felt over the phone. It’s rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do and makes both pets and their owners feel at ease, but Amber does exactly that.
