Tech was good. Friendly, Professional, and Knowledgeable. I was very disappointed that I had to pay over $700 for a UV light. The system is only 2 years old. Why wasn't the UV light still under warranty. Way overpriced. Amazon has the UV light for less than $100, so installation cost me over $600. I wouldn't think Veteran Air would rip off anyone like that, let alone a Veteran. I will probably not renew my maintenance agreement with Veteran Air.
The scheduled maintenance of my A/C was performed by Jade Hynal of Veteran Air. Jade was prompt, courteous, and professional. I would like to praise Jade Hynal for excellent attention to detail.
