Because of permitting, I needed to get a licensed contractor to install my shed. So I looked on ChatGPT and they suggested I call The Shed Store. I called and left a message and within an hour Donna called me back. She told me that they did not have a license to install the Sheds and most shed companies don’t, but hire installers who have Licenses to install Sheds. Even though I did not purchase the shed from The Shed Store, Donna was very helpful and pleasant. I was absolutely impressed. If I could give Donna R. 6 STARS- I absolutely would!! She held our hand through the entire process!! It took a few months on our end getting our ducks in a row but she dealt with us with kindness and patience!! First class service the entire way- Donna was even on-site day of delivery!
