Because of permitting, I needed to get a licensed contractor to install my shed. So I looked on ChatGPT and they suggested I call The Shed Store. I called and left a message and within an hour Donna called me back. She told me that they did not have a license to install the Sheds and most shed companies don’t, but hire installers who have Licenses to install Sheds. Even though I did not purchase the shed from The Shed Store, Donna was very helpful and pleasant. I was absolutely impressed. Donna was outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure our garage was placed correctly. She was very responsive and kept us informed through the whole process. Highly recommend.
If I could give Donna R. 6 STARS- I absolutely would!! She held our hand through the entire process!! It took a few months on our end getting our ducks in a row but she dealt with us with kindness and patience!! First class service the entire way- Donna was even on-site day of delivery!
