Wonderful, excellent, fantastic, take your pick in describing my experience. Tricia did an amazing work on releasing the issues in my back. The Cryotherapy and Red light therapy were excellent. Tricia was very engaging and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, very professional. Can’t wait for a return visit!

The athletes room is absolutely a life saver! I have know Trish and Rebecca for five years now and they help me in every way possible to feel prepared each week at IMG. Couldn’t be more thankful for them.

Amazing experience being treated by Tricia for the first time. Have an extremely painful ‘knot’ under left shoulder blade that was defying all of my at home attempts to fix so after a quick Google search for sports massage found The Athletes Room. She was able to get me in right away and treatment as top notch. Thankfully woke up this morning feeling so much better…finally doesn’t hurt to breathe! Thank you Tricia, I’ll be back for sure! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
