I love Sirius and all of the providers working at both LWR and the new Waterside location. Recently I had my hair done by Emily and my facial done by Heather. I highly recommend both ladies, they do impeccable work! I also currently see Heather for the management of my GLPs, I’m so happy with Sirius!

I found the best hair stylist ever at the Lakewood Ranch location. Emily is a miracle worker and does wonders with my thin, straight hair. She is also extremely personable and provides expert advice and recommendations. You will not be disappointed.

Had a great experience with Michel. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s doing. He was kind, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality massage!

Shady business practices. Sent my niece to see Nikki for a balayage/tone color. Sent photo of her hair as well as a photo of what she wanted done so there was no surprises. Nikki said with a haircut WORST CASE SCENARIO would be $350. After I scheduled, I texted Nikki that the desk said the haircut is $70 so my niece will not schedule the haircut to save money which Nikki said ok. So the cost should have been $280 without haircut. My niece's hair was cut prior to appointment so she told Nikki she didn't need a haircut. Nikki did the color exactly as she said and charged her $365 with no haircut (except for a couple of pieces in the back that Nikki wanted shorter!) My niece is a college studet and didn't contest the overcharge so I texted Nikki who ignored me. Needless to say, she refused to refund her and the salon also refused to refund the amount. The owner never called as requested. Manager was told to refund $15 even though I provided all the text messages and there was no confusion. Steer clear!

Ladies. Another positive for monthly facials. I was getting a hydra-facial with Patricia. She saw a blemish I’ve been seeing for months thinking nothing. She recommended getting it checked. That same afternoon I scheduled an appointment with Arsenault. Turned out to be precancerous cells and handled that day. Now on my their radar. Had to share due to the positive outcome. Thank you Patricia. ❤️
