Roxie did a wonderful job first and foremost. Her professionalism was top notch and her demeanor and atmosphere were both super warm and welcoming. I felt immediately comfortable and I usually keep to myself during nail appointments to avoid the usual uncomfortable forced conversations or awkward silences but Roxie’s vibe was totally different. We had great conversation and I felt like we bonded on some level but I also got the vibe that she would have been perfectly cool had I just preferred to sit in silence.
