I just came in nd signed the paper while waiting to be acknowledged. I said hello, no answer. There was a woman sitting down in the back on her phone while the man sat at thesink. There was another customer in the chair waiting to be attended to. I said excuse me and no answer so I said it again so he could hear me. He looked at me then turned around . I then start to look around and start reconsidering my choices. I’ve been here before and had a good service but now I’m wondering what the issue is. Tony had me sit in a broken chair, and the water massage didn't work. Asked for regular mani and pedi, trim, file, polish. He proceeded with very dirty used tools, and pretended not to understand me when I kept saying you can't reuse tools. After I mentioned the Health Department, the lady who was watching loud foreign videos on an ipad,got out of her chair and gave him a packet with clean tools to use. Then she started collecting tools from all the stations to put them in the autoclave. He cut my toenails so short and crooked, he couldn't file without taking the skin off. Advised not to go there me and my friend went yesterday I came in and asked how much for a Phil and for regular paint they told me $40 at the end they told me 75 $35 more about had a fit you go they'll get you two they got my friend the same way
