“My wife and I met Brooke & Andy this past February at an open house in Bradenton. Living in the midwest, we have been very fortunate to have had a vacation condo here and have built fantastic memories with our kids, family and friends over the years. We love all that Bradenton has to offer but also knew we had outgrown our condo some time ago. We had met many real estate agents in the area but it never felt right or comfortable until that Sunday in February.
In just over 6 months time , Brooke & Andy sold our condo and found us a home we are absolutely thrilled with. Andy's goes to the open house the next day, sending us videos, Brooke sees it too and we get both of their opinions. Without us stepping foot in the house, we put an offer in and with their help, we got it.
Brooke & Andy are exceptional realtors. Brooke's attention to detail with all the paperwork and seeing that everything is done correctly and on-time is amazing. Andy's ability to read a house and give his straightforward opinion on quality or value was extremely beneficial. They took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. They know the market extremely well, even showed us areas we were unfamiliar with before we met. They're always available whether it's a text or phone call and I felt they negotiated extremely well on our behalf. You can tell they love what they do and they are simply fantastic people.
