Great place to train of course, However one of the adult trainers dropped my 10 year old son on his neck and shoulders , basically demonstrating in front of his own two kids..extremely careless and unaware of the precautions needed to be be taken in MMA while training children...Thought about persueing legal action but it would shut the doors...and we are definitely not hurting for money...Hope those senseless practices have ceased since we left last year...

One of the most professional gyms I have ever trained. They cover everyone's needs; from the kids class to the pro-fighters. The attitude is super positive and competitive, for sure a place to stop by if MMA is one of your interest.
