Pool America handles both our pool maintenance and our warrantees for pool equipment, lights, etc. The maintenance is great - pool is always in good shape. More importantly, as soon as there is an issue with the equipment or lighting, the Pool America team handles it quickly and communicates updates throughout the process.
Look no further. These people are tops.
I had a serious pool problem after the hurricanes. Way past my ability to clean up. My first conversation with them over the phone put me at peace, told me they could handle the problem. Other companies didn't even want to look at it.
They not only took care of the problem, but cleaned it up to pristine perfection. They stayed with it, made sure I was perfectly happy, at an extremely fair price, followed up with me a couple times on their own.
