Reliable and efficient, they get the job done right the first time. We’ve had experience with several companies in the area and pool America has been our choice. They do routine maintenance as well as repair.
Pool America has been taking care of our pool for several years now. We found that not all pool companies are the same. We have been happy with their services thus far, but when Hurricane Helene hit AMI in fall of 2024 it was a true test. They did their best to get our pool up and running as well and economically as possible. They even installed a used fan on our heater to keep costs down as they understood these were exceptional circumstances and they did their best to accommodate us in a bad situation. Pool America changed our chlorine pool to salt two years ago and we love the new system. They did an outstanding job from explaining the pros and cons and working with us even after 2 years when we have balancing questions and need help. More importantly they came when they said they would, were efficient and lots of service after the sale.
