Super nice of them... I ALWAYS put my receipt on my visor in my car so I remember to get it. My life is extremely busy, so I try to keep it as simple as possible. Well, for the very first time in about 7 years it flew out of the window one day driving! So, I totally forgot about it. I dropped it off in October and just picked it up today (February). It was still there and no fees. I guess they called only one number on file which happened to be my ex husband not me. So my only criticism is that they only allow one number on file. The dry cleaning itself is always on point and fairly priced. I’ve yet to bring an item they can’t clean, fix or save. Highly recommend.
