I got recommended by Jaylin a few years ago and i don’t regret making Parkwood my Primary Dentist. Today, I walked in and Brianna greeted me with a smile and checked me in immediately. Within minutes, i got taken into the back where Jazmin and Dr. Tito did my filling today. Personally, i’m not a big fan of the dentist so they let me pop in my headphones to cut out the noise, which i'm super thankful for. Jazmin took me step by step of what all they were doing, which felt really reassuring. I was in and out within an hour! Quick and Efficient if I do say so. Super kind and communicative staff! My experience at Parkwood Dental West was phenomenal! From Dr. Hernandez to the staff, who were beyond kind and accommodating to my needs. Shanyce was great! She truly did make me feel at ease. I could not recommend this office enough! I’ve had so many poor experiences before with other dentists, but from my visit I can confidently say, I will be back.

My experience at Parkwood was nothing short of excellent. The environment was warm and welcoming, and everyone made me feel comfortable right away. Shanyce took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, making sure I felt heard and valued throughout the entire visit. I never felt rushed, and her attention to detail made me feel like I was in the best hands. Most importantly, I am now pain-free and so grateful for the care I received. I left feeling not just cared for, but truly cared about.
