New staff, New way and not good!
This is not the same clinic on the inside. Same name on the outside, New group running it and it's not good.
Same services we paid $200/300 for the last4 years are now 800/1100.
Communication terrible!
Staff telling us one thing, doctors management telling us something different,
And when did lying to your valued customers become acceptable.
Ridiculous place in 2025!
Get the old owners back, then I will return.
Jeremy is a vet tech there and wonderful with my golden retriever, Rocky. Rocky does what Jeremy needs him to do and is happy when he comes out. What more could I ask for. I love this place and Dr. Connor, too!!
We have taken our dogs to this vet for many years both on Anna Maria and in Bradenton. We recently had to put our sweet Hannah to rest. The vets, staff and everyone at Palma Sola Animal Clinic were wonderful. They showed compassion, understanding and care during a very difficult time. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.
