The doctor-owned and operated stores provide eye examinations and personalized assistance from friendly and professional staff. Patients praise the staff who are very helpful and super sweet. The optometrists are also commended for their friendliness, with Doc Tom noted for being very kind and having great recommendations. With extremely fast service, glasses are ready very quickly, sooner than expected. Overall, Optical Outlets provides a great experience with a big selection of glasses, and customers highly recommend the facility.
Went to my appt yesterday and the Dr helped me more then anyone else. I've been in multi vision contacts for yrs and he changed me to just for distance only and what a game changer 🤩 I'm 70 and been wearing contacts since my early 20's. The Dr is only there 1-2 times a wk. He's actually from the Sarasota Optional Outlet. Sorry can't remember his name. The staff was wondering too🤩
I stopped in the other day, I just got prescription readers back in Illinois, they kept falling off my face, A nice lady named Marie Ducks fixed them for me and explained to me how they were not right for my face. She showed me some that would be better for me, I was in a hurry, but I will be back to get new ones from here, it's so nice to have someone take the time on a not yet customer, Thank you Marie
The Office Staff member Maggy is a very professional, friendly person. Very respectful, personable, attention to details. Helped in my selecting new glasses. Didn't hurry me at all. Dr. Lewis is wonderful. Very kind, professional. Very thorough, and didn't hurry me. I highly recommend this Eye Doctor, and facility.
