I had a new coil installed in my ac unit. I was not home but a friend was present while the work was being completed. By phone, I spoke with the two techs, Michael and Manny, who worked on the unit. They were polite, professional and I'm told by my friend that they worked diligently on a difficult assignment. Thank you, Michael and Manny. Your work is appreciated.
Again, we were very happy with Jake's work on our A/C system, he is very professional, pleasant and efficient. Jake explained the problem and solution which he implemented in an excellent manner. We'll be asking for him again.
Had a crazy morning helping out a friend with an AC service while he was out of town. Was very fortunate to get Tyler from One Hour as he went above and beyond helping me push a car with a dead battery out and in the garage so he was able to access the handlers. He assisted in trying to get it jump started all while still getting his actual job done. AC fixed, crisis averted.
He was upbeat and nothing but helpful the whole time. Couldn’t have had a better guy come out this morning. Employee of the year as far as I’m concerned.
