Absolutely 5 stars! Mr. Olson was such a kind and fun person to do business with. Not only did he do a phenomenal job tuning my recently purchased parlor grand Kawai piano. He also took additional time to answer my many questions, and gave me some wonderful tips on how ensure my piano stays in great condition. 100% recommend!
