Inconsistent explanations of process, billing issues, the only reason we stayed was we were established there, but after the last 2 billing issues, time to find a new and better option

I have been a client since moving from Ohio in 2012. I have had three dogs during my relationship with Ranch Animal Hospital. I have enjoyed my interaction with the doctors and their staff , they are caring truly love what they do. I recommend them to "new to the area" people that I meet every time. They give you options on your fur babies care without a "hard sell". You are the final decision on their care. Thank you to all!!

BEWARE, IT'S A RIP OFF !! I have a little rescue dog of 15lbs who needed grooming. I called for pricing first and spoke to Katelyn who assured me it'll be $150 including first visit $78 + sedation to grooming $70. My husband went to pick him up and they asked us to pay $$300 and she pretended that she didn't know the extra charges. KATELYN is so UNPROFESSIONAL and she didn't apologize and said she didn't know even if she went asking pricing to someone when she was on the phone with me. She represented a company and didn't apologize. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I'm going to make sure that I will never come back as well as my friends!! I wish... read full review
