Maid Brigade of Sarasota-Manatee - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I reached out to Maid Brigade somewhat late on a Saturday night via email and had received a call within 15-30 mins to schedule an initial clean. The owner was very friendly and communicative. The initial clean great-- our floors were spotless of all dog hair, countertops and bathrooms were spotless so we decided to move forward with scheduling regular biweekly cleans. The staff was friendly and always on time and if there were any schedule changes, we did receive a call beforehand to approve it. A few months ago, I posted that one of the women cleaning my home from Maid Brigade had stolen a number of jewelry items. I am writing to apologize to them as I found the items last night. This company has integrity and did a great job cleaning my home. My rush to justice was wrong. Hope you'll use them.
