I booked an appointment to see Michaela for the first time, and thought it would be fine since it was starting over the lunch hour, and then my boss, assuming I had nothing to do over the lunch hour, decided to have a super long meeting with me so I was FORTY minutes late. I felt so bad but she was very nice about it (not to say it’s ok to be late when people are nice about it because it’s not but it was nice not to be made to feel like a criminal as well). She listened thoroughly to what I wanted, checked with me about three times before doing anything, and was very clear with me about follow up care.
