After mediocre results at other eyecare businesses, this practice is worlds apart. The optometrist (Ashley) is incredibly knowledgeable, speedy, and gives straightforward advice. The optician (Cara) has an interesting, personalized approach. Instead of turning me loose to try on hundreds of frames and slog through an elimination process, she did her own evaluation based on measurements, correction parameters, face shape, past preferences, and scooped up three or four possible frames for me to try with a range of price options. The whole process was painless. Today - one week later - I picked up my new glasses. No adjustments necessary. They're perfect. Wow.
Andy was amazing. He listen to my concerns and then help me fit the right eyewear ….very impressed with the whole experience from Dr Brad on down…highly recommend
Dr. Ashley has been managing my eye care for the last 5 years, and she's amazing!!! Super knowledgeable and thorough, she always takes the time to explain the reasoning behind her recommendations and counsel. She tells me what I need to hear to help ensure my eyes and sight remain healthy for as long as possible into my golden years.
Cara helped me with my glasses this year, and she was kind and efficient. She took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for, and then helped me find and build the perfect set of glasses for me. She showed genuine interest in me as a human, and not just a patient, which I appreciated very much!
