Angela Corson is a very courteous and hard worker. Whenever I have to work with her, I know there won't be an y foot dragging or drama.
I also live in Prosperity lakes now for 2 years and nothing has happened with Lennar or ICON mgmt. Both terrible companies that do nothing for the communities they develop. The community is covered in trash, wood, signs in middle of walkways, dead grass, and a big fancy broken slide at the pool that we paid for that nobody is allowed to use.
Don't brother calling them. The person who you need to talk to will never answer the phone and never return your call. They are far from being customer focused.
