I can’t even begin to express how grateful we are to have found Jillian. I’ve always grown up with German shepherds so finally when the time was right, we brought home Freya. Prior to Freya officially joining our family, we initially planned to train her on our own. But as recommended by our breeder, it was highly recommended to seek out an experienced trainer. I spoke to multiple trainers in the area, not very impressed with their presentation and program. I came across Gulfcoast K9 and was intrigued. I can't say enough great things about Jillian! My dog responded so well to her calm and consistent training approach. Jillian not only worked with my dog but also taught me valuable techniques and tools to continue reinforcing the training at home. I appreciated how personalized each session was to fit my rescue pup’s specific needs and personality. I feel so much more confident as a dog owner now. Highly recommend to anyone looking for lasting results and a happier, better-behaved pup!
My wife and I brought our 4 year old reactive pit bull Rosco to Jillian in the hopes that he would improve slightly at home and on walks. Jillian's training of Rosco (and of us) has far exceeded any expectations we had going in. The whole family is more calm and confident on walks, and we now know multiple techniques to reign him in and and get home safely. Jillian's teaching has given us peace of mind and we are all much happier. We will not take Rosco anywhere but here. Thank you, Jillian!
