Called on the Saturday after Christmas. Staff was friendly and attentive. They sent a technician out 3 hours later. Sewer lines were cleared and a plan for future repairs were made. I didn’t feel pressure at all to purchase unnecessary services. I would highly recommend Elite for your plumbing needs!
Austin was prompt, professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and neat. Got me up and running to continue with my holiday plans quickly. He went above and beyond to help me out !!
