Highly recommend it here! I was really nervous to try the cryochamber but krizzel made me feel really at ease once I got there. She’s very professional and knowledgeable about muscle recovery. Ive been using the cryochamber to help with inflammation in my back due to poor posture at work and it’s really been making a difference. I go on average once a week but sometimes go twice a week. I wish I could go everyday haha Definitely check it out if you’re looking for something to help with back pain!
