Trying to do a follow up and they make it so difficult for what would be a ten min appointment

I needed to get clearance for a reverse shoulder replacement because my blood pressure was very high, and EKG was abnormal. I went directly to Dr. Lopez’s office, where another EKG was abnormal. He was very kind and attentive and ordered follow up tests and said to come back to get results in 3.5 weeks. He is not the problem. Receptionist said they would call with test date. They never did. I didn’t hear back, so after a week, I called. They said it was too early to schedule and would call back.
