I have known Mike Brunner for almost 30 years and have had him service my a/c and furnace more times than I can count. Mike and his staff have always been on time and very professional. Brunner Air is the only company I used.

Best AC Service Company around! Especially emergencies! I don't know how he accommodates emergency calls and his regular schedules, but he finds a way! Had to have a new compressor installed and wait time and repair completed same day! On top of that, torrential downpour in the middle of repair and he stuck it out and finished the job. And he worked until almost 9:00 at night to take care of this customer. He is super professional, super friendly, explains and answers any questions and has always gone above and beyond in the past three and a half years that I have dealt with him. He has a fantastic work ethic that I wish more companies had in today's world.... read full review

I have used Brunner A/C 3 times now - the first for a rental property because they are who my property manager recommended. The second and third times for me. Mike Brunner responded very quickly, somehow fit me into his busy schedule, and took care of A/C that was not working. Then when the heat pump would not turn on, he took care of that too. Finally, I had him install a google Nest thermostat. It is one I used at a previous property, not the contractor version he was used to. But he figured out how to make it work. His attitude is great. He shares his knowledge to educate his customers, and he doesn't just try to sell you something. He figures out what will work.... read full review
