I rarely write reviews, call it a very busy life, but our experience at Solara last week was exceptional! And the main reason is your employee, Vivian. Although we didnt seek her out, she sensed that we were struggling with decisions and offered assistance. The way she handled our concerns was amazing. She offered her knowledge without being condescending, which I appreciated. Although i am an experienced landscape “ artist”….that was New England, and she was generous with her experience in Florida to guide us to the right decisions. Connie at the nursery was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful while helping me choose the right plants. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave great recommendations based on what I was looking for. Her kindness and expertise made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
