Our family is so glad that our young son/grandson (4 years old) has started training with Sensei Kevin Bergquist at Kaizen Dojo. He has learned so much in the first few months and is excited to go to every class. It's easy to see that the program is not only about learning to protect yourself. It's also about life lessons like respect, confidence and learning to be and do your best. Our family highly recommends!

Coach Kevin and his AWESOME YOUTH SPORTS staff are amazing and full of high energy for the kiddos! This is the second school year that my son is enrolled in their after school program and he LOVES it. He doesn't attend every single day, but when he does he is so happy! The staff is always there, even on days like MLK Day when school isn't in session, so as a parent you have childcare so you can still go to work for the day. I would like to thank Coach Kevin and the rest of the coaching staff for all the amazing work you do with the kids. I highly recommend AYS to any parent! ?
