I had two cars totaled during the recent back to back hurricanes on the West Coast of Florida. I needed to get into a replacement quickly and at a fair price. AutoNation took care of me.
AutoNation Ford of Bradenton has done a beautiful job on the extended warrantee work on my van. They navigated the difficulties of getting the work approved without issue and were persistent in helping me thru the process. Daniel, the assistent manager of service was excellent. He made me feel like work being done to my vehicle was his top priority. He was communicatrive and accessable throughout the process and really tried to help me out with the work that needed done. The work itself is excellent and my 8 year old van runs like new thanks to the team at AutoNation. Very grateful!
Got to the service department and the service writer was outstanding. She keep me informed on how it was going and how much longer before it would be to get my Maverick back. It was great to be informed on the work and have it finished on time . Thanks to all
