This gym has everything you could ever need — and then some. They’ve got equipment for every muscle group, including pieces you probably haven’t even seen before. It’s perfect for both serious lifters and beginners. The owners are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to give advice. Everyone here is friendly, and the private location makes it feel exclusive without being intimidating. You can’t beat the atmosphere or the setup — there’s literally not a single muscle you can’t train here.

I had an opportunity to lift here a few times while I was in town. The facility is world class and the owner was a true representation of what the lifting culture is all about. You won’t find a better place to chase physical perfection with in 100 miles.

This gym is 5 stars all around! The owner, Bryce, is knowledgeable, passionate and so friendly! No matter your goals, background or experience he makes everyone who walks in feel like family.

The equipment is fantastic with a wide variety including machines you won’t find anywhere else.
