Ray K, Personal Trainer, is an amazing trainer and he is consistent. I have been working with Ray for 3 months now and am seeing great results! He makes you do your best every single time you work out with him. Incredible trainer, provides lots of variety in the workouts and I'm blessed to work with Ray. He's a great guy and I recommend him for anyone who is looking to make a healthy change in their life.
LA fitness in Lakewood ranch is the best gym in the area! Locker rooms and gym in general is always clean and looking sharp, he reassembles a little bit of Micheal B Jordan. Dallas the General Manager has the place locked down. 10/10
Blake and Dallas are the best here! They were so helpful in finding me the right program to achieve my fitness goals. The gym is also very clean and welcoming, will definitely be coming back!
