Paul is the absolute best! Only took him a couple minutes to determine the issue with my whirlpool washer. Within the week the part I needed came in and now it's working perfectly.

Called for an appointment to check an issue with my Whirlpool washer. The person that answered the phone was very polite and professional and stated that she could get me on the schedule that day.The technicians (Paul & Ocean) came out that same day to check out the washer. Within minutes the problem was diagnosed (bad struts) and the parts were promptly ordered. When the parts arrived (one day) Paul & Ocean were back at my house explaining to me what they were going to do and within an hour had the washer repaired and put thru a test cycle. These guys are a great team .... Great Company
